An independent and impartial Committee has been appointed to provide oversight of the running of the Scheme and examine proposed changes to the DSR Code of Conduct and Bye-Laws to better achieve Flex Assure’s objectives. The Committee is comprised of representatives of a wide range of stakeholder organisations, including flexibility customers, DSR providers and trade associations, along with observers from National Grid, Ofgem and BEIS.

All Committee members act in a personal capacity and sit for two years.

The Committee will meet a minimum of two times each year and will also carry out monthly responses to urgent matters via email/online consultation, as will be distributed regularly by the Scheme Administrator.  Emergency meetings may be called by the Scheme Administrator to resolve urgent matters that are considered vital to the operation of the Scheme and of critical importance to Customer interest.
