The consultation sought stakeholder input on two areas of proposed amendments to the Scheme Bye-Laws: 1) amendments resulting from a legal review of the Flex Assure governance documents; and 2) proposed amendments to the Audit process, which provides the framework for the periodic auditing of Scheme Members to confirm compliance with the Code of Conduct.

The consultation sought stakeholder views on two areas of amendments to the Code of Conduct: 1) changes to the Scheme terminology and 2) amendments to Scheme requirements around sharing of data. Flex Assure is particularly interested to hear the views of Scheme Members and other interested parties on a proposal to replace the term "DSR Aggregator" with "Flexibility Provider".
